The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. The Group comprises of a Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, an Executive Lounge, 532 guest rooms, 12 meeting spaces and 3 restaurants, collectively totalling 1800m2. Located at the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal, it is the first accommodation, meeting and event space developed in this precinct.
We have an exciting new opportunity available for a full-time Bartender to join our dynamic team at Cribb Island Beach Club, located in the ibis Hotel at Brisbane Airport.
Cribb Island Beach Club is a fun, vibrant and fast-paced restaurant that provides incredible food and cocktails.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Take ownership of the bar area to ensure memorable guest experiences
- Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, cider and soft drinks
- Cleaning and maintaining the bar area
- Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent, memorable guest experiences
What we’re looking for:
- Have experience as a Bartender
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Have a “can do” attitude and a friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including late finishes, weekends and public holidays
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and products
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (mandatory)
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
