Brisbane Airport Hotels is currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine for the complex (Pullman & ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels and Brisbane Airport Conference Centre) to join the professional and dynamic kitchen team. This role will report to the Group Executive Chef, with responsibilities including leading the smooth day-to day shift operation within the Kitchen of particular hotel or conference centre.
